What documentation will I need to file a claim?

It depends on which insurance carrier and what type of policy you have. Typically a claim form and the UB04 form from the hospital is a good starting point.

Can I change my plans mid-year? Or do I have to wait for annual enrollment.

For most plans and employers, you must wait until annual enrollment due to IRS regulations regarding pre-tax deductions unless you have a qualified life event.

Is a Christian Healthcare Sharing program right for me?

It depends on your situation. If you have pre-existing conditions or a lot of prescription meds, it would probably greatly benefit you to buy traditional health insurance. There are pros and cons to each program.

This will depend on your personal situation. Ideally you choose the deductible that makes sense based on your expected usage, keeps your premiums affordable, and also is an amount you can pay.

How much life insurance should I have?

This will also depend on your personal situation. Someone who has 3 children will need more than someone who has one child. Someone with young children will need more than someone with older kids. Many other situations will affect this number.
